Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We strive to get your soap to you as quickly as possible!

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-7 business days. Please note that Canada Post may experience delays during peak times, such as holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey. You can track your order directly on the Canada Post website.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.

Pickup Orders

If you selected pickup as your shipping option, please note that your order must be picked up from our Scarborough location. Pickup orders will not be shipped.

Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email. Please bring your order number and valid ID when picking up your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in creating high-quality soaps for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns
Due to the nature of our products (soaps and bath items), we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us and we will assist you in exchanging the item for a replacement.

Refunds
If your product is damaged during shipping and cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
